This is a brief summary of our rental policy. 
Arrival / Departure:
- 1 week = 7 days (6 nights at the villa) – i.e. departure is on the 7th day
- Check-in after 4pm
- Check-out by 11:00 am
BUT – experience has shown that many guests have to juggle arrival and departure flight times in order to get the cheap deals – in fact I encourage you to do so!
If you find that you are getting a late night departure from the UK and arrive in Turkey in the early hours – dont worry – just email or call us and we will do our very best to try and accommodate you…..
…..similarly if you have to check out but find that your flights are not till later in the day we will try to let you stay at the villa or make sure you arrangemenst are made to look after you in town until it is sensible to make tracks for the airport.
We simply need to take into account any potential clashes with other guest bookings and the need to clean and prepare the villa – but dont be afraid to ask – we are very expereinced with travelling to and from Turkey:-)
Rental Policy:
- The group must include an adult over 21 years of age
- To protect our property and the enjoyment of our guests, there is strictly no smoking inside the Villa
- No Pets
- 10 guests maximum
- We reserve the right to deny single-sex groups
- Check-in after 4pm (but see notes above)
- Check-out by 11:00 am (but see notes above)
- We advise guests to have proper travel insurance, to cover themselves and their property
Deposit Policy:
- Non refundable Booking Deposit of 20% of the rental fee is due with initial reservation to secure your booking.
- Refundable Security Deposit of GBP150.
- Payment of Balance plus Security Deposit is due in full 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
- Security Deposit will be returned in full 14 days after departure provided no damage is reported.
Refund Policy:
In the event of needing to cancel your reservation, the following charges apply:
- 12 weeks or more prior to departure 20% of total booking fees will be charged
- 8 to12 weeks prior to departure 50% of the total booking fees will be charged
- Less than 8 weeks 100% of total booking fees will be charged.
If it is possible to re-let the property for this period then the charge may be reduced to 50%.
Methods of payment:
- We can accept payments by cheque or bank transfer in GBP
- We can accept payments by PayPal (additional charge of 4% due to the levy by PayPal)
- We can accept payments by cheque or bank transfer in Euros (additional charge of GBP30 to cover bank charges)
